The Annual Fund
The Annual Fund, is a voluntary financial scheme supported by parents, alumni and friends of Colyton Grammar School, so it is a vital resource enabling our students to receive an outstanding, varied and stimulating educational experience.
The government funding we receive is sufficient for core teaching costs, it is essential that the school finds additional funding from other sources. The Annual Fund is used at the discretion of the head teacher and is used to react to special departmental needs to make learning an exciting, inspiring and special experience for our students.
To give to our school please use the Annual Fund Standing Order Mandate here
The Annual Fund gifts we receive range from £5 to over £100 per month, our regular giving programme makes a huge difference to the students, no matter what size the gift. Why do we prefer regular gifts for the Annual Fund? They enable us to plan for the future and ensure money is available where it is needed most. Regular gifts mean a consistent, predictable income so we can plan and budget better and, therefore, be more efficient.
There are also benefits for you - the donor. Once you have set up a regular gift, we do not have to write to you so often to ask for your support. You can spread your donations over a period of time, so you pay less each month. A regular gift also provides you with the reassurance that you are actively helping the school deliver the very best student experience.
