"I joined this school as a Year 12, coming from my local school where I had been for the previous 5 years. I am proud to say I feel as though I am thoroughly integrated and have made lifelong friends.

My favourite subject is Politics (though it is a close-call) because, when my mum suggested I take it as an option, I was thoroughly sceptical, taking no interest in politics whatsoever. Since then, the sheer nature of the class with its fun discussions of belief and contemporary basis has even urged me to think about taking Philosophy, Politics and Economics at University, something I would never have even dreamt of at the start of Year 12." - Taran D, Y13
