Support the Legacy. Shape the Future.

In 1546, the people of Colyton came together to found a school for “the poor children of Colyton.” That founding spirit of generosity and community lives on in Colyton Grammar School today.

For nearly five centuries, Colyton has thrived thanks to the unwavering support of parents, alumni, trustees, staff, and friends—all of whom have given their time, expertise, and resources to uphold the academic excellence that defines us.

Today, that support is more essential than ever.

Government funding has declined, while costs have continued to rise.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Colyton remains financially stable and well-managed. But every pound spent covering funding shortfalls is one less we can invest in enriching the student experience.

Colyton is more than a place of academic excellence. Beyond the classroom, our students engage in an exceptional range of activities—from science and robotics to sport, music, and enterprise. In the past year alone, they’ve achieved:

•             First place in the Ten Tors challenge

•             U18 Football Champions

•             Top placements in the F1 in Schools competition

•             A critically acclaimed Sound of Music production

•             National recognition in poetry, karate, and water polo

We are proud to support excellence in every form—but we can’t do it without you.

Whether through The Gift of Time, expertise, or a donation to the Student Experience Fund, your support helps ensure that every student at Colyton has the opportunity to grow, discover, and thrive.
