News - Feb 8

Recently, all Year 12 A-level Physics students took part in the British Physics Olympiad Senior Physics Challenge. The results have come in this week and once again our students have performed very well against the competitive field of 5500 students who participated nationally. Every single one of our students achieved a gold, silver or bronze award.

Nationally, only 16.8% of students were awarded a Gold certificate while 31% our year 12 physicists achieved this. Stephanie R achieved the highest score in the year group and has ambitions to apply to study Engineering at university.
