Colyton Grammar School students receive impressive university offers

January is the month that some of our senior students receive news about their oversea and Oxbridge University applications. Our core purpose at Colyton Grammar School is to enable our students, regardless of background, to flourish and thrive on their courses at highly selective destinations and to be happy and successful in their future careers. 

This year, a remarkable 19 students have received offers from Oxford and Cambridge, seven from Oxford and twelve from Cambridge. In addition, one of our students has received an offer from Harvard. Therefore, twenty of our students have been made offers at three of the most prestigious universities in the world, indicating that our focus on scholarship is having the desired impact.  

The offers are for a wide range of courses that include: Engineering, Human, Social and Political Sciences, Medicine, French, Computer Science, Biological Sciences, Law, History, Theology, German, Economics, English and Earth Sciences. Congratulations to you all.
