In October, students were invited to take part in a Readathon to raise money for the charity Read for Good, who provide brand new books and regular storyteller visits to the UK’s 30 major children’s hospitals. Students chose their own Readathon challenges, such as reading as much as they could in the month of October, or reading a set number of books, and asked friends and family to sponsor them. Between them, the students who took part raised a fantastic £369! We’d like to say a huge thank you and well done to Emma K, Megan W, Violet J, Bea D, Chisiah T, Zac D, Emily S and Liv W.
