An alumnus of Colyton Grammar School (1996–2003), Claire is Communications Director for the Climate High-Level Champions, supporting business, city and civil society leaders driving bold climate action through the international climate summits COP28, COP29, COP30 and COP31.
Prior to this, she spent a decade leading global communications within the United Nations and has since returned to East Devon after living and working across four continents.
Claire brings 20 years of international experience at the forefront of global issues that matter most — from the launch of the Sustainable Development Goals to branding climate action for the UN Secretary-General. She has also led social impact strategies for Meta and collaborated with multinational companies to advance social and environmental initiatives.
Fluent in French, Claire is passionate about diversity, inclusion and meaningful community engagement. She holds Master’s degrees in Visual Media and Social Anthropology, and recently completed a University of Cambridge diploma in High Impact Sustainability Leadership.
