Year 7 students triumph in Spelling Bee

A number of Year 7 students recently took part in a Spelling Bee that truly showcased their vast knowledge of languages such as French, German, Spanish and Mandarin.  

Students were challenged to not only spell but also to translate as many words in their chosen language as possible in one minute.  

Congratulations to Lottie C, who won the French competition and the runner up Nell H, Grace X who won for Mandarin and the runner up Zion G, the German competition was won by Javier C with Martyna P as the runner up with Jayan B winning for Spanish and Lucinda G coming runner up.  

These impressive language skills will benefit the students as they progress through their studies
