News - Jul 9
Back in June, our Year 10 Mandarin students joined five other secondary schools in the South of England by participating in a Mandarin Excellence Programme (MEP) tourism project, hosted by the University of Southampton.
The Tourism Project encourages participants to collaborate in teams and produce promotional videos of their local areas in the target language to attract Chinese speaking tourists to visit.
One video submitted by Colyton Grammar School students won the ‘Most Creative Video’ prize. Congratulations to Ella H, Rosie K, Cara O, Justin S and Eve Y.
